Bala Mukkamala

Co-Founder & CEO

With nearly two decades of experience, Bala, a first-gen businesswoman, is the Co-Founder & CEO of ISA. As the face of the organization, she has exhibited her leadership and managed client interactions, particularly in the B2G segment, driving ISA’s growth. Bala is a respected independent entrepreneur, representing the company in various public forums and industry committees. She’s been recognized in prestigious programs like Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Women and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Program, U.S. Department of State (2014). Currently, she leads the transformation of Involute through her participation in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program 2023.
Anil Sarvepalli

Co-Founder & Managing Director

A technocrat with more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing industry, Anil leverages his training as an engineer and management professional developing customized automation solutions for airspace, robotics, foundry industries at Involute Automation. A Co-Founder of ISA, Anil is the brain behind ISA’s unique training processes and training infrastructure design. Along with Bala he ensures ISA remains true to its vision and continues to offer pathbreaking training solutions to industry.
