FMA
- Apply safe workshop practices when performing machining operations
- Read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Correctly use Vernier caliper and Micrometer
- Correctly use marking tools and marking supported tools
- Understanding speed, feed, depth of cut, material removal rates etc.
- Understand Conventional machines like Lathe, Drilling, Milling
- Writing simple program on CNC lathe or milling
FEEA
- Understand active electrical and mechanical parameters and their units.
- Measure the electrical parameters that can aid him in trouble shooting.
- To identify the basic shapes of geometry.
- To make simple mathematical calculations.
- Read electrical symbols and circuits.
- Make wiring as per drawing
- Identify elements by their specifications, present in control panels of most of the machines.
- Identify faulty components and troubleshoot the problem in control panel circuit.
Welder
- Will practice safe working procedures while operating with welding machines
- Can rescue and provide first aid treatment to a person who have got electric shock.
- Can use and maintain fire extinguishers
- Can use welding holders, Electrodes cables (welding cables) as per the given material
- Read and Interpret welding symbols.
- Apply the fundamentals of welding process.
- Perform weld joint operation on welding machines.
- Apply Basic math and measurement.
- Use the workshop tools and Equipment.
- Perform daily maintenance of welding machine.
Electrician
- Will practice safe working procedures while operating with electrical equipment
- Can rescue and provide first aid treatment to a person who have got electric shock
- Can use and maintain fire extinguishers
- Can use multi meter to measure voltage, current, resistance and to test continuity of the circuit
- Will be aware of required national electric standards for construction
- Will make earthing connections to a building
- Can make connections to a building right from metering to socket board
- Can assist senior electrician in underground cabling, chasing wall concealed conduit wiring
